Tastefully decorated, nice atmosphere. Bed very comfortable. Good communication and easy check-in process. Convenient location to access bars, restaurants, and shops. Regular bus service nearby. Friendly locals and no noise disturbance from nearby pub.
No lift to access the 5th floor apartment. Shower in front of a window needs a blind or covering for privacy.

The apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! The tasteful decor, comfortable furniture, and overall nice atmosphere created a super cozy vibe. The peacefulness during our stay was jaw-dropping, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. Although the trees obstructed the view of the sea, the stunning scenery was still visible. Every room was spacious with ample storage, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host's excellent communication and informative instructions made check-in and finding parking a breeze. With the bus stop just five minutes away, we left our car all weekend and easily accessed shops and Old Portsmouth. The convenient location was perfect for exploring the bars and restaurants nearby, with friendly locals who were always up for a chat. Despite being right across from the Jolly Sailor pub, there was absolutely no noise disturbance. The walkability into Southsea town was a major plus, especially when the weather was cold and wet, requiring a short taxi ride to Gunwharf Quays and Old Portsmouth. Not to mention, the beach and fabulous restaurants were just a short walk away. Plus, having a pub right across the road was an added bonus. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, with a shower that was just perfect. this apartment was a real gem and we regret not finding it sooner during our regular visits to the area.

Beachfront property, perfect for sunbathing while listening to seagulls screeching and dodging sandcastles. Southampton airport is conveniently close, in case you want to escape the seagulls and sand.
Who needs a lift when you can challenge yourself with five floors of stairs? Absolutely delightful.

We had a fantastic and extremely comfortable stay at this apartment. The tasteful decor and cleanliness throughout were impeccable. The beds were super comfy, and the apartment had everything we needed for a nice break. The views were stunning, overlooking Southsea Common and the beautiful gardens. The location was convenient for exploring Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. The communication with the owners was easy and efficient.
The shower was on the small side with poor water flow, and the apartment was a bit chilly upon arrival. However, the central heating quickly warmed up the place.

The decoration in the apartment was really lovely, with charming details and a cozy atmosphere. It made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were easily accessible for senior people like myself, with clear signs and spacious hallways. It was reassuring to know that I could easily navigate the hotel without any issues.
I would have appreciated if the children working there could have provided more assistance and guidance for senior guests. Assistance with carrying luggage or navigating the stairs would have made the vacation even more enjoyable for us.

Communication with the hosts was great, and they were accommodating even when we arrived late. the interior design was beautiful, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like a sign for my daughter's graduation.
There were a lot of stairs, which might be difficult for some people. the kitchen could have used more pans and sharp knives.
